For Singapore:

Enjoy FREE delivery for orders above of S$120.00 (via Singpost registered mail, 3-5 working days)

Our orders are packed and shipped during working days on Monday-Friday only.

We endeavour to ship most of the orders by the next working day. Do note though that orders placed on the weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next working day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete information, your order will be delayed until we are able to rectify these issues.

Our typical local shipping options will take between 1-6 working days, depending on your choice of delivery. 

The current available delivery options are as follows:

  1. Non-registered mail to letterbox, 4-6 working days 

  2. Registered mail to the doorstep, 3-5 working days

  3. Priority Post Doorstep*, Next working day***

  4. Free shipping on orders above S$120. For local deliveries only. 

  • Your order has to come in by 6pm for next working day delivery. If the order is after 6pm, it will be processed on the next working day.
  • The next-day delivery option only available on working days, from Mon to Fri. 
  • Order will be packed and sent on the next working day between 9am - 6pm, and delivered by 10pm.  For example, an order made on Monday by 6pm, will be delivered on Tuesday by 10pm.
  • Non-delivery of an item which are returned, will require a separate payable delivery to be arranged. Please contact us should that happen.
  • Free shipping available for S$120 and above will be via registered mail service.

Which area in Singapore do you ship to? 

The normal mail service is provided only to addresses within the main island of the Republic of Singapore (including Sentosa Island and Jurong Island but excluding other off-shore islands).

Urgent order 

If you need your order urgently, you can either opt for Priority Post Doorstep (Next Day) or give us a call for us to advise the best way to to arrange for your shipment as soon as possible.

For Malaysia:

Our orders are packed and shipped on Monday-Friday only.

We endeavor to ship most of the orders by the next working day. Do note though that orders placed on the weekend and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete information, your order will be delayed until we are able to rectify these issues.

Our overseas shipping options will take between 7-14 working days (or even longer), depending on Malaysia delivery conditions. 

  • Non-delivery of an item which are returned, will require a separate payable delivery to be arranged. Please contact us should that happen.
  • All purchased goods are subject to prevailing local governments taxes & charges of up to 37.5%, which will be payable by the buyers.  

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the remedy products, all orders are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Please be informed that we shall only be liable for damage or loss of the parcel if it is caused by our negligence.
  • In Singapore, for non-registered mail, as we are unable to track the parcel, we are unable to guarantee delivery of the package, and will not be liable if the parcel is not delivered. If there are concerns in this area, I suggest that you select the registered mail option. 
  • For delivery to Malaysia, a tracking number will be provided.
  • During any sales, T&C/ Sales will supersede any of the T&C stated herein.
