Mixing Bottle Labels

There are 16 labels to each sheet. Each label has a space each to record the name of the person taking the remedy and a use by date, which we would recommend 3 weeks, and finally for the remedies included in the bottle.

There is a Centaury flower design on the label, with the dosage instructions at the bottom.
